Now, more than ever, parents may be struggling with the demands of family life and raising young children. We are all suddenly spending a lot more time together and parents may be trying to juggle working from home, caring for small babies and children, home-schooling older ones, and everyone is missing out on those important social interactions.
At Home-Start North and West Gloucestershire, we recognise that families still need supporting at the moment and we are proud to announce that all of our groups have moved online. Our Coordinators have been working extra hard to make sure that they can still run weekly catchups in an online format for mums and dads and the feedback we have had so far is very encouraging. Knowing that every week, they will have the chance to chat with their friends from group, enjoy a cup of tea and a slice (or two!) of cake and ask questions, receive support, advice or just friendship, has kept many families strong during this time and allowed them the space to let off steam when needed!

Groups will be restarting week commencing 1st June 2020 after a short break for the May Half Term.
